Time and time again, I see how a pain pattern or "faulty" movement pattern in the PHYSICAL body, is an EXACT match to the energetics that need to be understood and the emotion that needs support in order to say goodbye to your low back pain.

Breathwork for HOLDING a HIGHER Standard of BE-ing

This is an active, conscious connected breathwork session.

If you are unfamiliar with the breath pattern, please check out my How-To Video here!

For the Breathwork session:

Please have a spot ready where you will feel comfortable lying down for 30 minutes. This can be on a bed or a yoga mat on the floor. A mask to cover your eyes is helpful but not absolutely necessary. Have a blanket or two ready and pillow to rest your head on.

Conscious connected breathing greatly increases circulation within the body. If you are an individual with arrhythmia, high blood pressure/other cardiovascular problems, history of aneurysm or blood clots, recent surgery, those experiencing psychiatric symptoms, seizures or are on heavy medication feel free to consult your Primary Care Provider to make sure prolonged active breathing is safe for you to do.
