  • The "faulty" physical movement pattern or disruption in normal physiological processes that traditional healthcare spends a lot of time on.

  • The emotional and energetic patterns playing out (which essentially mimic the physical pattern.)

  • The thinking pattern(s) that you spend oh, so much time with.

*hint* - these patterns are usually the SAME.

How Do We Move Beyond The Pain?

What does this actually mean?

Think of pain in your body as an old version of YOU that is ready to be looked at and forgiven. 

It is ready to teach you!  You are ready for the lesson which means you are ready to move beyond the problem! Pain is problematic for most people because it makes us FEEL something.

From here on out, I'm going to invite you to think of pain in this way:

Pain is simply letting you know that THE BODY is ready to complete with whatever “unfinished business” you keep fixating on.

Yes, it happens in our thoughts!  It is our thought patterns that continue to perpetuate pain in the body.

Because our emotions and everything we feel are responding to OUR thinking assessment of how well WE can handle something. YOU create the feelings and sensations in your body based on your thinking...yes, even your pain, dysfunction and dis-ease.
